The invention relates to an under-roof screen (300) comprising in succession: a first layer (102) made of a metallized or metallic first material forming a thermally reflective barrier and provided with microperforations (110) ensuring permeableness to water vapour and impermeability to water; a fifth layer (104) made of a woven fifth material provided with microperforations (110) ensuring permeableness to water vapour and impermeability to water; a second layer (106) made of an insulating third material; and a third layer (108) made of a metallized or metallic fourth material forming a thermally reflective barrier and provided with perforations (112) ensuring permeableness to water vapour, the under-roof screen (300) furthermore including: at least one fourth layer (114) made of a fourth material containing phase change materials (PCM) that are placed against one and/or the other of the faces of the second layer (106); and a layer (302) made of swelling clay and placed between the first layer (102) and the fifth layer (104).
