The present invention relates to a heating device for removing moisture and preventing freeze, which removes the moisture generated in a water meter and prevents freeze of the water meter. The heating device for removing moisture and preventing freeze is easily installed on one side of the water meter (or a hydrant) by having a simple structure. The heating device includes: a support plate (102); a power switch (104) installed on one side of the support plate (102) and supplying power; a control unit (106) electrically connected to the power switch (104) and controlling the heating device for removing moisture and preventing freeze according to a preset program when the power switch (104) is on; a moisture detecting sensor (108) electrically connected to the control unit (106) and detecting inner moisture in a container of the water meter according to a control signal of the control unit (106); a temperature sensor (110) electrically connected to the control unit (106) and detecting an inner temperature of the container of the water meter according to the control signal of the control unit (106); a heat radiation unit (114) installed at fixed intervals from the support plate (102) and including an accommodation hole (112) in a body at fixed intervals; and a heater (116) accommodated in the accommodation hole (112) of the heat radiation unit (114) and electrically connected to the control unit (106) to radiate heat according to the control signal of the control unit (106). |
