PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine that is associated with a centralized management device for game machines and game islands using the game machines, and that changes a start timing of a special freeze in many ways according to needs, for example a difference of game operation speed, of players.SOLUTION: Game progress control means 200 includes: winning combination lottery means 210; normal game control means; special game control means; freeze control means 275 for controlling a freeze state in which game operations are disabled; and wait control means 260 for controlling a wait state in which a progress of a game is curbed till a prescribed wait time is elapsed. The game progress control means measures a freeze wait time when a prescribed start condition is satisfied, and in the freeze wait time, controls such that game operations are operable.
