PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To register a service and a name of the service so that the service name can be viewed in a viewer.SOLUTION: When a service is registered, data of the service to be registered is transmitted from a reader/writer 202 according to a communication system unique to a third application 256. The data is supplied to the third application 256 through a communication path 351. Information about a service name corresponding to the registered service is supplied to an application manager 252 through a communication path 352. The application manager 252 registers the service name on a registry 253 on the basis of the supplied data.
