The objective of the present invention is to provide: a microneedle array which is capable of inserting a microneedle into the skin at an oblique angle and thereby, upon injection with the microneedle, is capable of both relieving the patient's pain and preventing a drug solution from leaking; and a microneedle array device which comprises the microneedle array. To this end, a microneedle array comprises: a microneedle unit that includes microneedles; and a microneedle unit support member that includes an opening, guides both ends of the microneedle unit through inclined grooves, and arranges tips of the microneedles so as to project through the opening in an inclined manner.
