Disclosed in the present invention are a method for time synchronization between wireless devices, a wireless device and a wireless communication system. The method comprises: obtaining the time difference of a single synchronization operation between a first wireless device and a second wireless device, performing effective filtering on the time difference corresponding to the single synchronization operation, and extracting effective time difference data; performing smoothing processing on the effective time difference data corresponding to a plurality of single synchronization operations in a preset period, and obtaining an average time difference in the preset period of the second wireless device relative to the first wireless device; adjusting the system time of the second wireless device according to the obtained average time difference in every preset period, so as to synchronize the time of the second wireless device to that of the first wireless device. The technical solution of the present invention realizes high-precision time synchronization between wireless devices by means of software independent of hardware.
