The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring a three-dimensional shape to acquire the height information of an object to be measured, by utilizing a prism, and the apparatus for measuring a three-dimensional shape may comprise: a lighting unit for irradiating light on an object to be measured; a prism unit for receiving the reflected light reflected from the object to be measured and sending the reflected light onto an imaging lens; an imaging unit for receiving and imaging the reflected light from the prism; and a height measurement unit for measuring the height of the object to be measured on the basis of the image imaged by the imaging unit. |
