Disclosed are a backlight module and a display device. The backlight module comprises a back panel (401), a light-emitting component (402) located on the back panel (401) and a frame (403) located at the periphery of the back panel (401), wherein the frame (403) comprises a main body portion (4031) and a wedge-shaped portion (4032) located at one side of the main body portion (4031) close to the light-emitting component (402); and an inclined surface (40321) of the wedge-shaped portion (4032) faces a light-emergent surface (4022) of the light-emitting component (402), and an included angle formed between the inclined surface (40321) of the wedge-shaped portion (4032) and the light-emergent surface (4022) of the light-emitting component (402) is an acute angle. The backlight module and the display device mainly use the design of the frame (403) having the wedge-shaped portion (4032) to improve the emission of light rays of a backlight source at an edge in the design of a narrow frame, and the problem of disappearance of an edge pixel in side view is solved.
