摘要

This invention relates to a mechanical DC motor comprising three subassemblies such as case assembly, armature assembly where a magnet holder with semi piercing bend aiding in its self alignment and eliminates radial movement and an end cap assembly characterized in a plastic wall between the Commutator and the bearing, thereby restricting the movement of dust and oil between Commutator sides and bearing side and includes a terminal with a "Vee" profile which is adapted to accommodate three wires for welding and including semi-circle profile at the bottom to reduce stress and new design consisting of opened notch which is used to lock the terminal into the brush card in easiest way without additional process.
