The present invention relates to a system and a method for guiding about a route based on fatigue of a passenger. The system for guiding about a route based on fatigue of a passenger according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a telematics terminal (100) which collects biological information from a wearable device attached to a body of the passenger and transmits passenger information including the biological information to the outside; and a telematics server (200) which calculates a fatigue index based on the passenger information and generates a fatigue index map. When a request message requesting a guide about a route based on fatigue of a passenger is received, the telematics server (200) can calculate a driving route from the current location of a vehicle to a destination by using the fatigue index map. According to the present invention, a driving route which can mitigate fatigue of a passenger can be provided. |
