PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yarn drawing device which can suppress strain generation of yarn formed of PET during drawing, prevent generation of yarn breakage and generation of fuzz, and which can produce high quality yarn.SOLUTION: A yarn drawing device for heating and drawing a yarn 10 formed of PET comprises: first heating rollers 4a, 4b and 4c; and second heating roller 4d and 4e whose surface temperature is higher than that of the first heating rollers 4a, 4b and 4c. When the yarn is supplied by the first heating rollers 4a, 4b and 4c, respective yarn supply speeds of the first heating rollers 4a, 4b and 4c are set so that the speed on a downstream side of a yarn travel direction becomes faster, so that the yarn 10 is drawn in a tension range of tension less than neck deformation tension. Between the final first heating roller 4c and second heating roller 4d, the yarn supply speed of the second heating roller 4d is set to become faster than that of the final first heating roller 4c so that the yarn 10 is drawn by neck drawing by neck deformation tension.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
