PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a throughput of an analysis by preventing compulsory stopping of the analysis at a time when an initial control temperature that is required before a start time of a next analysis cycle is not reached.SOLUTION: A process gas chromatograph 1 performs heating and cooling of a heating tank 13 for each analysis cycle on the basis of a predetermined temperature controlling pattern to perform an analysis of a component of a sample. The process gas chromatograph 1 includes: a sensor 102 that measures a temperature of the heating tank; a timer 103 that measures a lapse time upon completion of a heating control based on the temperature controlling pattern; and control parts (analysis execution control part 100, temperature control part 101) that control in such a manner that execution of the next analysis cycle is delayed by a predetermined allowable wait time, after an alarm is notified by the timer when detecting the start time of the next analysis cycle and if the temperature of the heating tank measured by the sensor does not reach the initial control temperature required for the execution of the next analysis cycle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
