1. A non-transitory computer-accessible medium having stored thereon computer-executable instructions for initiating at least one protocol, wherein, when a computer arrangement executes the instructions, the computer arrangement is configured to perform procedures comprising:
a. generating at least one digitally encrypted perishable object; b. distributing the at least one digitally encrypted perishable object to at least one cyber-physical entity; c. determining if the at least one cyber-physical entity received the at least one digitally encrypted perishable object; and d. initiating at least one predetermined protocol based on the determination.
