at least one processor; and at least one computer memory that is not a transitory signal and that comprises instructions executable by the at least one processor to: receive data representing transactions of an electronic transaction card (e-card) with point of sales (POS) terminals, the e-card being separate from the CE device; and report the data to a server over a computer network, the server being associated with at least some of the POS terminals.
