The present invention relates to a motor cooling structure of an electric compressor. The motor cooling structure comprises: a rotation shaft which drives a compression mechanism of an electric compressor; a rotor in which a rotation shaft hole is formed to be separated from the rotation shaft such that a refrigerant flow passage for allowing a refrigerant to pass is formed together with the rotation shaft; and a cover which is provided to rotate integrally with the rotor and the rotation shaft and has a refrigerant inlet and outlet hole through which the refrigerant passing through the refrigerant flow passage enters and exits. Accordingly, an area in which the refrigerant passes gets wider, the flow rate of the refrigerant is increased, and it is possible to improve compression performance and cooling performance of the motor. |
