摘要 Provided in the present invention are a small-sized load cell having high rigidity, capable of accurately measuring a load in two directions; and a method to produce the load cell. The load cell (2) is equipped with a body part (3) and deformation sensors (4-7). The body part (3) has a holder (8), a first and a second connecting parts (9, 10), and a first and a second beam (11, 12). The first and the second connecting parts (9, 10) are separated by a slit (13). The first beam (11) is integrally formed with the holder (8) and the first connecting part (9), and is extended in an X-axis direction. Deformation sensors (4, 6) are attached to the first beam (11) and displacement quantities generated in a Y-axis direction and a Z-axis direction are measured as resistance values. Deformation sensors (5, 7) are attached to the second beam (12) and displacement quantities generated in the X-axis direction and the Z-axis direction are measured as resistance values.
