PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED element having stable individual optical characteristics; and provide a manufacturing method of the LED element and a color compensation method of the LED element.SOLUTION: An LED element manufacturing method comprises the steps of: encapsulating an LED chip 120 arranged on a base substrate 110 with a translucent resin layer 150; injecting a nano-phosphor solution containing semiconductor quantum dots on the resin layer 150 by a print control system 320; and curing the nano-phosphor solution to laminate a nano-phosphor layer 160. The semiconductor quantum dots are emitted from the LED chip 120 and absorb at least some of photons incident on the nano-phosphor layer 160 and emit photons having a wavelength different from that of the incident photons.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
