PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner which performs minute air conditioning control.SOLUTION: An air conditioner includes: imaging means 110 for imaging indoors in which an indoor unit 100 is installed; and control means 130 for detecting a person present in the room based on image information inputted from the imaging means 110, and for performing air conditioning control according to the detection result. The control means 130 includes: a human body detection unit 131; a face detection unit 132; a movement amount calculation unit 134 for calculating a movement amount of the person present in the room based on the position and size of a head part detected by the human body detection unit 131 or change over time of the position and size of a face detected by the face detection unit 132; an activity amount calculation unit 135 for calculating the activity amount of the person present in the room based on the movement amount calculated by the movement amount calculation unit 134; and control change units 136, 137 for changing air conditioning control according to the activity amount calculated by the activity amount calculation unit 135.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
