A hydraulic shovel (1) having a cab (32), wherein the cab (32) comprises: a cab frame (51) which is formed from side beams (57) that extend in the front-back direction at the sides of the roof, and rear pillars (56) that stand at the rear corners, incline rearwards and upwards from the bottom ends, and extend upwards to the top ends; a door (61) which is provided to the cab frame (51) so as to be capable of opening and closing by rotating about an up-down axis; and a reinforcing member (71) which is provided to a section connecting a side beam (57) and a rear pillar (56). When the door (61) is open, the reinforcing member (71) is positioned rearwards of the top of the door (61). |
