The present invention relates to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are a communication method and device, the method comprising: a first base station receives a second base station identification transmitted by a first mobility management entity (MME), and establishes a transmission channel between the first base station and the second base station and corresponding to the second base station identification; the first base station receives data to be transmitted to a second terminal from a first terminal; the first base station transmits the data to the second base station via the transmission channel, such that the second base station transmits the data to the second terminal. The present invention reduces the effect on communication delay between terminals. |
