An alloy tile for a solar power generating battery comprises a frame combined by a pair of rectangular pipe shaped first aluminum steel synthetic materials (1) and a pair of rectangular pipe shaped second aluminum steel synthetic materials (2), and comprises a photovoltaic plate (3) and a heat insulation plate (5) that are separately fixed on the upper surface and the lower surface of the frame. The first aluminum steel synthetic materials are separately provided with two parallel clamping notches along the length direction thereof, and the second aluminum steel synthetic materials are separately provided with two parallel clamping notches along the length direction thereof. The clamping notches of the first aluminum steel synthetic materials and the clamping notches of the second aluminum steel synthetic materials jointly clamp the photovoltaic plate and the heat insulation plate. The heat insulation plate is clamped between pipe walls (12, 22) on the inner sides of the first aluminum steel synthetic materials or the second aluminum steel synthetic materials, and the photovoltaic plate is clamped between pipe walls (13, 23) on the outer sides of the first aluminum steel synthetic materials or the second aluminum steel synthetic materials. A bottom plate (11) and a cover plate (21) are separately located on two sides of the frame combined by the first aluminum steel synthetic materials and the second aluminum steel synthetic materials. The alloy tile for a solar power generating battery can realize waterproof, fireproof, heat insulation and sound insulation functions. |
