A household bean curd machine comprises a pulping unit, a shaping unit disposed below the pulping unit, a filtering unit disposed between the pulping unit and the shaping unit, and a vacuum-pumping unit (52). The pulping unit comprises a pulping chamber (10) and a stirring element (20) disposed in the pulping chamber (10). The shaping unit comprises a mixing chamber (30), a shaping chamber (40) and a low-pressure chamber (50) that are sequentially connected. The mixing chamber (30) is located between the pulping unit and the shaping chamber (40). A valve (36) is disposed at the joint of the mixing chamber (30) and the shaping chamber (40). The mixing chamber (30) is in communication with the shaping chamber (40) through the valve (36). The low-pressure chamber (50) is located below the shaping chamber (40). A side wall on which the shaping chamber (40) and the low-pressure chamber (50) are connected is a perforated plate (42). The low-pressure chamber (50) is connected to the vacuum-pumping unit (52). The household bean curd machine has the advantages of automatically extruding to dewater and being convenient to operate. |
