The present invention relates to a pack (1) for tobacco industry products. The pack has a base (2) and a lid (3), the base having an opening and the lid being arranged so that the lid can slide between a closed position where the lid covers the opening and an intermediate position where the lid can pivot into an open position to uncover the opening. The base is arranged to receive a plurality of tobacco industry products having a length less than a length of the pack, such that a void (20) is formed between a wall of the lid and the tobacco industry products received in the base in the closed position. Wherein a lifting member is arranged to move at least one of the tobacco industry products towards the opening when the lid slides from the closed position to the intermediate position.
