A smart home control method. The method comprises: recording, by various household appliances, a plurality of operations by a user on the various household appliances, correspondingly collecting, by sensor modules of the various household appliances, a plurality of pieces of operating mode information about the various household appliances, and sending same to a router wirelessly (S100); analysing, by the router, an operating time period within which the usage frequency of the various household appliances is highest and a corresponding operating mode according to the plurality of pieces of operating mode information about the various household appliances and corresponding operating time periods (S200); and wirelessly sending, by the router, control signals to wireless modules of the various household appliances, so as to correspondingly control the various household appliances to automatically operate in the operating time period with the highest usage frequency in the corresponding operating mode (S300). Also disclosed is a smart home control system. The smart home control system can be controlled automatically without manual operation by a user, so that the operation is simple and fits the usage habit of the user; and the system is more user-friendly and frees the two hands of the user, thereby avoiding a high degree of dependence on a mobile terminal and bringing great convenience. |
