The present invention relates to a system and a method for designing a road by using a cloud server, which can simply make the basic drawing of a road. The system for designing a road by using a cloud server according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a cloud server for storing a map including a road planned site where a road is to be located and receiving information about the road; a surveying terminal for receiving the information about the road from the cloud server, receiving surveying information about the road, and transmitting the surveying information about the road to the cloud server; and a communication network for transmitting and receiving information between the cloud server and the surveying terminal. The cloud server designs the road based on the received information about the road by reflecting the surveying information received from the surveying terminal. |
