Disclosed is a powder coating apparatus for pipes, which is capable of coating the insides of a lot of pipes with powder at the same time through an automated process, thereby improving productivity and gaining economic profits. The powder coating apparatus for forming powder coating layers on the inside of pipes comprises: a placement means on which pipes are placed; and a spray means having spray nozzles configured to move backward and forward to spray a coating powder solution to the insides of the pipes placed on the placement means. The placement means includes: a placement plate having a plurality of fixing grooves in which the pipes are arranged to have horizontal interspaces therebetween; a base plate on which the placement plate is immobilized; and moving wheels provided beneath the base plate to travel. The spray means includes: a plurality of spray nozzles having a length enough to spray the coating powder solution into the pipes and arranged to have horizontal interspaces therebetween; and a fixing plate having interspaces corresponding to the interspaces of the fixing grooves and fixing the spray nozzles horizontally. The powder coating apparatus further comprises an advancing/receding means reciprocating to move the fixing plate backward and forward toward the placement means which is inputted and positioned. |
