The present invention relates to a combined melting furnace device, which is to treat harmful waste regardless of a kind of the harmful waste by combining a plasma melting furnace and a low temperature melting furnace. The low temperature melting furnace is used to vitrify flammable waste, and the plasma melting furnace is used as a facility of treating the flammable waste and inflammable waste. Slag discharged from the low temperature melting furnace is selectively discharged to the outside of the device and the plasma melting furnace, and a molten material generated in the plasma melting furnace can be discharged through two outlets in order for the slag and metal to be selectively discharged.
