<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making a laminated iron core, capable of preventing the laminated iron core from being scratched when taking out it even when a speed of pressing and roll lamination is increased. <P>SOLUTION: A method for making a laminated iron core includes: dropping core pieces 11 punched out by using a punch 12 and a blanking die 13 on a blanking die holder 14 where the blanking die 13 is fixed; sequentially rotationally laminating the core pieces 11 on a reception base 15 arranged at the bottom of the blanking die holder 14; and lowering a laminated iron core 17 dropped from the blanking die holder 14 and placed on the reception base 15 to separate them from a laminated iron core 18 in an upper part. In the method, upper and lower limit values of an angle range of a crankshaft for outputting a lowering command signal are (a-6dn) degrees and (b-6dn) degrees, respectively, where an angle of the crankshaft at a bottom dead point of the punch 12 is 180 degrees, angles of the crankshaft when the roll lamination is started and finished are a degrees and b degrees, respectively, a rotation speed of the crankshaft is n times/minute, and a delay time from the output of the lowering command signal to a cylinder 19 for lifting up and down the reception base 15, to the lowering of the reception base 15 is d seconds. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
