<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device which can be operated to be opened/closed only through rotation of a shaft provided with valve elements and can prevent freezing by discharging remaining water in the valve device, and provide a hot-water supply device provided with the valve device. <P>SOLUTION: The valve device is operable in response to an input instruction and includes a valve body 11, a shaft body 12, a first valve element 13a and a second valve element 13b. The first and second valve elements 13a, 13b are capable of opening and closing first and second notches 13a<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, 13b<SB POS="POST">1</SB>through rotation of the first and second valve elements 13a, 13b centering on an axis C-C, and, in response to the input instruction, are positioned so as to fully close the first notch 13a<SB POS="POST">1</SB>and fully open the second notch 13b<SB POS="POST">1</SB>through rotation of the shaft body 12 centering the axis C-C, and then are stopped so as to open at least the first notch 13a<SB POS="POST">1</SB>through rotation of the shaft body 12 centering on the axis C-C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
