There is described a sonotrode (81) for sealing an opening device (4, 4a) onto a hole (3) of a packaging material (5) destined to from a sealed package (2), comprising: a sealing surface (89) adapted to cooperate with a said packaging material (5) in order to seal opening device (4, 4a) to packaging material (5); a cavity (90) bounded by an opening (88) of sealing surface (89) and adapted to receive said opening device (4, 4a); and a ring (91) made in an elastomeric material, partially protruding inside said cavity (90), and adapted to center a first axis (A) of said opening device (4, 4a) on a second axis (B) of said sonotrode (81). |
