The low-load distributor (1) comprises a liquid supply (2) and liquid distribution orifice. The dwell time delay devices are provided between liquid supply and liquid distribution orifice. The dwell time delay devices are provided with absorbent open-pored storage materials. The flow resistance of storage material is increased in a flow direction of liquid, from liquid supply in a direction towards liquid distribution orifices.
