<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet protective cosmetic giving no unnatural pale appearance when applied to the skin, having high protection ability against UV rays of both A and B regions, and giving good sense of use on application to skin. <P>SOLUTION: The ultraviolet protective cosmetic includes: (a) an ultraviolet absorber absorbing UV-A region UV rays; (b) titanium dioxide fine particles; and (c) one or more colored powders which are selected from the group consisting of a composite powder including iron oxide and a powder colored with an organic pigment and show a hue of 10P-5GY in the Munsell color system in the dried powder condition. In the ultraviolet protective cosmetic, the sum total of a content of pigment grade titanium dioxide and a content of iron oxide pigment is ≤2 mass% relative to the whole of the cosmetic. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
