According to an embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is a peak cancelation crest factor reduction (PC-CFR) device. The device includes: a clipping unit which extracts clipping signal(s) of which the amplitude exceeds a threshold from a first base-band complex signal; a peak value determination unit which receives a plurality of amplitudes included in the extracted clipping signal in the time order and if a first amplitude, among the plurality of the inputted amplitudes, is greater than a second amplitude inputted before the first amplitude and a third amplitude inputted after the first amplitude determines the first amplitude as a peak value; a cancelation pulse generator (CPG) allocation unit which allocates the determined peak value to a CPG; and a reduction unit which deducts the offset signal generated by the CPG from the first base-band complex signal and outputs a second base-band complex signal with a reduced peak to average power ratio (PAPR).
