PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work schedule planning device capable of planning an execution schedule of a work to be executed on a production system and capable of notifying at an optimum timing.SOLUTION: The work schedule planning device 100 includes a calculation section 110 that calculates an operation time and a preparation time for each of plural works; an operation scheduling section 120 that determines a preparation start time for each of the preparations so that the preparation is completed by the operation time; a rearrangement section 130 that, when a parallel number indicating a number of the preparations to be executed with overlap, exceeds a predetermined threshold value, rearranges one or more preparation start times so that the parallel number is smaller than the predetermined threshold value; and a notification section 140 that notifies a worker to execute the respective preparations at a predetermined timing before the preparation start time. |
