Provided is a method for cooling a building or vehicle with a water spray. The method for cooling a building or vehicle by a water spray comprises: a controller starting step of receiving power from a battery and starting a temperature setting program and a pump by pressing a start button; a temperature sensor starting step of letting a temperature sensor connected to a controller sense a temperature of a building floor, a vehicle roof, or a place to be cooled and deliver the temperature to the temperature setting program of the controller; a set temperature checking step of reading the delivered temperature and checking whether the delivered temperature reaches a set temperature; a pump starting step of starting the pump by an instruction of the controller if the temperature of the building floor, the vehicle roof, or the place to be cooled is higher than the set temperature; a water supplying step of supplying water stored in a water container; a spray starting step of receiving the water from the water container and spraying the water to the building floor, the vehicle roof, or the place to be cooled by a spray device; a target set temperature checking step of measuring the temperature of the building floor, the vehicle roof, or the place to be cooled, which is cooled by the water sprayed by the spray device, with the temperature sensor and checking whether the temperature reaches a target set temperature; a pump stopping step of stopping the pump if the temperature decreases below the set temperature; and a spray device stopping step of stopping the spray device by the stop of the pump. |
