The present invention is to provide a power device having a wide range of output voltage, and a driving method thereof. The power device of the present invention comprises: a power unit for controlling a size of driving voltage corresponding to a turn ratio of first and second windings; and a control unit for outputting a control signal which controls the turn ratio of the first and second windings corresponding to the size of the driving voltage.
