The present invention relates to a spreadsheet based big data analysis system and a method thereof. The system comprises: an analysis UI configured to perform a data analysis request of a user; an analysis engine configured to collect internal and external data, generate a code to be analyzed by applying an operation, executed in a spreadsheet, to data in real data storage, and visualize the code; and a job management data file for managing meta information with respect to a data analysis job. According to the present invention, the big data analysis system and a providing method thereof automatically generate an analysis execution code by using a spreadsheet, thereby providing an easy and convenient big data analysis service to a user. |
