A rudder having a variable steering force is disclosed. The disclosed invention comprises: a rotary coupling unit installed in a hull; a first rudder blade installed in the rotary coupling unit; and a second rudder blade installed in the rotary coupling unit to control a distance from the first rudder blade. According to the present invention, the rudder can reduce a radius of the hull by increasing a steering force when the hull is rotated and control a thickness depending on a situation to simultaneously improve steering performance and traveling performance. |
