The present invention relates to an interphase spacer for a transmission line which comprises: a pair of load units; flange units formed in the load units respectively, and interconnected to each other; an insulator unit formed in the load unit; a length adjustment unit coupled to the load unit, and adjusting a position; and a grip unit coupled to the length adjustment unit, and gripping a wire. The interphase spacer can be used by adjusting the length of the length adjustment unit in a field according to a space between wires.
