According to the invention there an environmental control measure for capturing, containing, isolating and/or treating a non-hydrocarbon Âbased vehicle consumable fluid spill comprising a drive-on sump connectable to a containment tank. The consumable fluid of the described embodiment is a urea solution intended to convert exhaust gases into nitrogen and water, the urea solution being the well-known Adblue (RTM) or similar. The sump may comprise an upper surface for supporting a vehicle and a pan for collecting the fluid. The containment tank may be located on or under a filling station forecourt. |
