A support member, which is used for a backup plate capable of suppressing a temperature difference and transformation according to a place in a heating plate, a heating plate support device including the same, and a heating device are provided. The support member (10) supporting the heating plate (20) is installed in a plurality of parts of a backup plate (30) and supports the heating plate (20) by using a top surface (11a) of a first support plate (11). The support member (10) includes the first support plate (11), a support piece (12), and a second support plate (13). The top surface (11a) of the first support plate (11) is a placement surface (S) for placing the heating plate (20). The support piece (12) becomes a thermal resistance suppressing the amount of heat flowing from the heating plate (20) to the backup plate (30) through the support member (10) by being placed between the first support plate (11) and the second support plate (13).
