The pane (II) has an antenna housing (11) fixed on a mounting plate (12) with a rod-shaped antenna mount (6) i.e. electrical conductor, within an opening, and inner side and/or below a recess (3). The opening is formed in a composite pane (2) of an outer pane (2a), an intermediate layer (2b) and an inner pane (2c). The inner pane comprises the recess adjacent to the opening. An adhesive (10) is arranged on the outer pane in an area around the opening, and the mounting plate is arranged on the adhesive. A nut or a clip (13) is placed on the antenna mount below or in the recess. The composite pane is made from glass e.g. flat glass, float glass, quartz glass, borosilicate glass, soda-lime glass, or polymers e.g. polyethylene, polypropylene, polycarbonate or polymethyl methacrylate. The adhesive is selected from moisture-reactive hot melt adhesive, heat-curing adhesive or polyurethane prepolymers, polyesters, polyolefins, polyurethanes, silicones, polyacrylates, polyvinyl acetates, polyepoxides and / or polyamides, copolymers or polyurethanes. The mounting plate, a supporting pane, the antenna mount, the clip and/or the nut are made from iron, manganese, chromium, nickel, cobalt, aluminum, vanadium, tungsten, titanium or alloys, and/or polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyurethanes, polycarbonates, polymethyl methacrylate, polyacrylates, polyesters, polyamides, polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate.
