<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress dispersion which occurs between pixel signals corresponding to the same color in a process for reading the pixel signal. <P>SOLUTION: In a solid-state imaging apparatus, a first substrate and a second substrate are electrically connected. The first substrate includes a plurality of first pixels arranged in a matrix and the second substrate includes a plurality of second pixels arranged in the matrix. The first pixel having a photoelectric conversion element for generating a color signal corresponding to an m-th color (m is integer of 1 to n) corresponds to the m-th color. The second pixel having a signal accumulation circuit for accumulating the color signal corresponding to the m-th (m is one of 1 to n) color corresponds to the m-th color.
