An information processing apparatus, which is connected to the communication device through a network, sends a communication packet that is addressed to the second address and includes a request for setting device settings information of the communication device. The communication device, when it is determined to respond to the communication packet, sends a communication packet including current device settings information of the information processing apparatus to the information processing apparatus. |
