PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a metal film for electromagnetic wave transmission having high mass productivity, and to provide the metal film.SOLUTION: In a production method of a metal film for electromagnetic wave transmission, a metal film is formed on the surface of a substrate by an electroless plating method, and the metal film is split by an internal stress remaining in the metal film, to thereby obtain the metal film for electromagnetic wave transmission comprising an aggregate of fine metal regions. The metal film for electromagnetic wave transmission produced by the production method is also provided. |
