The quick-change nut has two threaded portions (118,120) that are in an engaged position with an external thread (106) of a threaded element (102) when an quick-action clamping nut (100 ) is located on the threaded element. The threaded portions are transferred by a folding movement relative to each other from the engaging position to the positioning position and vice-versa. The threaded portions together form a folding joint (126). The threaded portions are engaged in the positioning position to each other.
