Provided is a rail type apparatus for the overland production of the seed of small octopus in the mud flat which is capable of facilitating maintenance of a breeding net by installing a horizontal member and a vertical member in a water tank opening for seed production and connecting a holding member installed in the horizontal member with a controller through a control line so as to slide the holding member using the control line, thereby increasing the production of the seed of the small octopus. In addition, labor of the fishermen can be saved by installing an apparatus facilitating the maintenance and management of the production of the small octopus, thereby expanding the base of farming, developing a fishing industry, an also enhancing international competitiveness in a farming technique so as to enable distributing to an increase in incomes of fishermen.
