<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous cooling device that eliminates a large-scale temperature management system and allows the suppression of the cost of maintenance. <P>SOLUTION: This continuous coil cooling device includes: a plurality of fixed skids 3 disposed along a line provision direction inside a water tank 1, and capable of holding coils 2 in a state that the coils 2 are immersed; a carry-in skid 5 capable of holding the coil 2 in a carry-in position outside the water tank 1 in one of the line provision direction; a carry-out skid 7 capable of holding the coil 2 in a carry-out position outside the water tank 1 in the other of the line provision direction; a plurality of movement bodies arranged along the line provision direction side by side, and capable of moving forward/backward along the line provision direction; and movable skids 11 each capable of moving upward/downward in a state that it is supported by each of the movement bodies and each capable of holding the coil 2. By the forward/backward movement of the movement bodies and the upward/downward movement of the movable skids 11, the continuous coil cooling device sequentially moves the coils 2 from the one of the line provision direction to the other between the carry-in skid 5 and the fixed skid 3, between the fixed skids 3, and between the fixed skid 3 and the carry-out skid 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
