The present invention relates to an automation of a new colonoscopy technique. With automation the surgeon is replaced by an operating arm, which, in its working end module, controls the rate of insertion, the flexible tip controls and air water suction of the scope. The main advantage of the invention is the safety aspect. Training, supervisory and support techniques can always be available online to support and train the new endoscopists. <Figures 1 and 2> |
