The present invention relates to a blow-out preventer (BOP) fluid treatment system. The BOP fluid treatment system includes: a BOP fluid supply line connecting a BOP and a storage tank; a BOP fluid discharge line diverged on the BOP fluid supply line and discharging a BOP fluid used to test the BOP to the outside of a hull; a first sensor installed on the BOP fluid supply line and measuring a concentration of the BOP fluid; and a control unit discharging the BOP fluid to the outside of the hull when the concentration of the BOP fluid measured by the first sensor is equal to or less than a predetermined concentration. According to the present invention, the BOP fluid treatment system can obtain enough clearance in the hull by efficiently treating the BOP fluid by additionally including a fluorescence sensor and a discharge line and can prevent a safety problem since the BOP fluid flows out on a main deck.
